How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders destined for the Iberian Peninsula is 24-48 working hours from when the order is placed. For the Balearic Islands it may take up to 72 working hours. All shipments will be managed by the transport company GLS.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items except for specific promotions. These will appear broken down in your purchase summary. The expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore will be:
Spain (peninsula): €4.95
Balearic Islands (Palma de Mallorca): €4.95
Balearic Islands (rest of islands): €4.95
Balearic Islands (Palma de Mallorca): €4.95
Balearic Islands (rest of islands): €4.95
Shipping costs will be free on purchases over €24.95 in specific promotions where the customer is informed.
Shipping to the Canary Islands
We ship to the Canary Islands from our warehouse in Gran Canaria through our official local distributor. Shipping time is 4 to 5 business days by Correos or Correos Express.
Can I request shipping of an order outside of Spain?
At the moment this option is not available. But you can contact us by email customer@detoxify.eu and we will find a better way to get your order to you.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier goes to deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice so that you can contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address that you indicated to us or to one of the carrier's offices.
After another failed attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount minus the costs of returning the package.
